• Proven experience with JIRA Align (feature backlog, Release Train board), JIRA, Release Notes templates, and Product feature lists 
• Track record of releasing products that meet and exceed business objectives 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design effective product roadmaps 
• Ability to understand product vision and translate it into clear requirements 
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges 
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) 
• Knowledge of German is an advantage (not required) 
• Experience with agile methodology is an advantage 

As a Product Owner, you will be engaged in the following areas: 

• Understanding the market and customers’ needs (customer centricity and design thinking) 
• Translating Product Manager’s strategies into actionable tasks for development (writing user stories) 
• Supporting the Product Manager in feature analysis and roadmap creation 
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog 
• Supporting the development team by clarifying open questions and issues (communicating product vision, facilitating refinement) 
• Planning product releases (feature releases, hotfixes) 
• Reviewing and accepting completed work (Sprint reviews) 
• Ensuring proper product documentation (release notes, highlights, feature lists) 
• Preparing product reports
